This single-origin specialty coffee is grown on our farm in southern Colombia, surrounded by fruit trees at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level. Each cherry is hand-picked primarily by women pickers. The coffee beans are then taken to our wet mill where we wash them with spring water that flows from the mountains. After cleaning and fermenting for three days, the cherries are depulped and processed using the honey method. After a month of drying, this coffee is carefully roasted to a medium-light level to highlight its delicate floral and fruity notes.
