Flavor profile: Red fruits, Dark chocolate, and Caramel
This delicious coffee was grown by more than 30 Nasa indigenous coffee farmers using ancestral agricultural techniques. Multi-cropping systems, composting, and shade trees are among the agricultural practices used to grow this coffee. These agricultural practices honor our indigenous traditions of caring for our land by eliminating the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. After growing and harvesting the coffee, farmers bring their cherries to our facilities. Once there, we carefully process the beans using the semi-washed method to produce a final product balanced in sweetness, acidity, and body. This blend was roasted medium-dark to highlight its dark chocolate notes and appeal to strong coffee lovers.
