Yellow tabi honey

Specialty coffee of the Yellow Tabi varietal of unique origin grown on our farm in southern Colombia. This coffee grows surrounded by fruit and shade trees at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level. Each cherry is hand-picked mainly by women harvesters, and the coffee beans are taken to our wet mill where we wash them with spring water. Once cleaned and fermented for three days, the cherries are pulped and processed using the honey method. Enjoy this delicious exotic coffee which we crafted with a lot of love and dedication.
