Bourbon aruzi honey
Perfil de taza: Azahar, Caramelo y Fruta madura
This single-origin specialty coffee is grown on our farm in southern Colombia, surrounded by fruit trees at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level. Each cherry is hand-picked mainly by women harvesters, and the coffee beans are taken to our wet mill where we wash them with spring water. Once cleaned and fermented for three days, the cherries are pulped and processed using the honey method. After a month of drying, this coffee is carefully roasted at a medium-light level to bring out its delicate floral and fruity notes. These coffee beans are the result of hard work and standardized procedures developed over seven years of study and experimentation. Enjoy this jewel of the specialty coffee industry and feel the connection with our Native Roots and the love and passion we put into our craft.
